Azrak Perfume

The azure chromatics of oceans are dazzling and Azrak, named for the Arabic word for blue is a hypnotic blue lullaby with hidden depths, inspired by oceans of cobalt, ultramarine, azure and turquoise waters.

While Azrak is inspired by sea blues and sunlight on water it contains no references to the saline or aquatic aspect of the sea. A blue bottle, an encapsulation of colour, tonal shifts of oceanic chroma without reverting to cliched expectations.

The top is a rush of green fruit: ripe pineapple and snapped foliage with a dash of lemon and a hint of animalic cassis. Cardamom, saffron and cinnamon add subtle spiciness. The heart of this lavish floral is an overdose of ambrosial roses blended with the vintage powder of violet and the shadowed green of violet leaf. Lily of the valley and jasmine lend white freshness and calm.

Azrak is anchored by base notes of glowing amber, woods, oud and musks but the impact of the perfume lies in the lush, delectable heart creating a beautiful ocean of emotions.
